<p>500 gram gula pasir</p>
<p>450 gram air mendidih</p>
<p>180 gram susu kental manis</p>
<p>5 gram baking powder</p>
<p>5 gram baking soda</p>
<p>180 gram terigu gunung bromo</p>
<p>60 gram tepung tapioka</p>
<p>150 gram telur</p>
<p>5 gram vanili</p>
<p>3 gram garam</p>
<p><em><strong>Cara :</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>- </strong></em>Lelehkan gula di atas panci tanpa minyak dengan api kecil-sedang sampai meleleh, tuangi dengan air panas dan aduk cepat dan rata. Dinginkan sampai benar-benar dingin.</p>
<p>- Aduk dengan ballon whisk susu kental manis, mentega, baking powder, dan baking soda sampai rata.</p>
<p>- Masukan terigu dan tepung tapioka sedikit-sedikit dengan telur satu persatu, aduk hingga rata.</p>
<p>- Masukan karamel yang sudah dingin, aduk rata.</p>
<p>- Tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang tulban ukuran 26 cm yang telah diolesi dengan shortening putih dan ditaburi   tepung.</p>
<p>- Bakar di oven dengan suhu 200 derajat C selama 50 menit(oven setengah dibuka). Setelah bagian atas agak keras, barulah tutup pintu oven. Tambahkan 10 menit lagi sampai permukaan atas kue agak kering.</p>

<p>500 gram terigu kunci/segitiga ( aku pakai 600 gr)</p>
<p>8 kuning telur ( 7 telur utuh)</p>
<p>5 putih telur</p>
<p>650 cc santan sedang/ susu (Dorayaki) (750 ml)</p>
<p>175 gram tape singkong (dihaluskan) (tidak pakai jg enak)</p>
<p>50 gram mentega cair/minyak goreng</p>
<p>375 gram gula pasir (300 gr)</p>
<p>1 bungkus ragi (larutkan dengan sedikit air)/ 11 gr</p>
<p>o,5 sdt garam</p>
<p>vanili secukupnya</p>

<p><strong>Cara membuat</strong> :</p>
<p>- kocok telur dan gula sampai kental, kemudian masukkan terigu dan santan bergantian, aduk rata.</p>
<p>- masukkan tape, garam, vanili dan mentega cair lalu aduk rata.</p>
<p>- terakhir masukkan  ragi, lalu diamkan selama 1 jam.</p>
<p>- panggang hingga matang.</p>
